Highly recommend for couples

The breakfast was a highlight, every morning I savored the delicious spread which set a great tone for the day. Also, I can't forget how the staff got me a taxi during the busy marathon weekend. they truly went the extra mile to assist.

It was a bit on the pricier side, but totally worth it for the experience.

No robe in the room despite the 4-star rating. Limited trash can availability and the breakfast service created an uncomfortable dining experience due to loud banging of dishes. Wi-Fi access wasn’t mentioned during check-in, which was unfortunate after a long drive.

i thought i’d find luxury, but was met with tight spaces and no assistance at check-in. and to top it off, i didn’t even see the complimentary wifi mention until days later. an extra trash can would’ve been nice too, so my room didn’t feel like a cluttered mess. i almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t!

i recently stayed at heritage during my trip to ljubljana and it was fantastic! the cozy atmosphere allowed kids to play safely while we enjoyed the beautiful decor and delicious breakfast. the staff went above and beyond, making our stay unforgettable.

the towel warmer didn’t work.

The room was super comfy with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a minibar. I loved the nice shower and complimentary toiletries. The breakfast had amazing bacon and eggs! The location by Cobbler's Bridge was perfect for walking to dinner spots. Friendly staff helped us with travel tips, and the hotel was really clean.

Stunning room, friendly staff, the penthouse room offered an incredible view of the castle, and the modern facilities, including free wi-fi and air conditioning, made our short stay very comfortable.
